• My supervisor explain about a new task which is "how to communicate with others especially customers"
• He teach us how to be a good customer service 
• I have to make a call with customers that interested with our trip

• Continue edit the video
• Delete scene that not match with audio and not suitable to put it

• Search  a tutorial in YouTube "how to make square video in Premier cs6"
• Try hard to solve the problem because i never know about it before this but my supervisor help me a lot to get a square video
• It is because my supervisor did't want the video have a black bar when post in social media

• Search a suitable song to insert in the video

• Edit again video Trip to Hatyai and make it simple and nice to attract customer
• Have a meeting with supervisor. He showed a video about "service and hospitality" for us to use when face to face with customer

• Have a meeting with supervisor. He teach how to make a phone call with customers.
• I have to make a phone call with Uum students that interested to join our trip to Hatyai on 2/11 and 9/11.

• A supervisor explain what should i do before make a phone call
• I have to be prepared with many questions are unexpected from them
• A supervisor ask me to make a conversation phone call with Uum students
